With a little 'practice you can learn to slow down, breathe and find a place of peace in the midst of all the activities and enjoy every moment closer. Learning to be present and attentive to each moment is the focus. He is just learning to look at what theHappening in your body, mind and the world around you live, rather than the race for the future or the past. Scientific studies have shown that more attention can improve the health, welfare and quality of life. Learning to be careful to start with that attention to our breath. With only a pause for a minute and say that we are actually breathing can help calm things and go back to the present. At times, be awareour breath and focus on the process of breathing for a few cycles, we can pause the action and create a greater awareness of the present moment.

You can do so at any time of day, wherever you are,
1. Just for a moment, and note where you are (we are usually on automatic pilot, not knowing where we are and how we do it) to stop.
2. Then concentrate on the in-breath that enters the body, fill the lungs and the chest rise.
3. As you exhale, payThe focus on the breath that leaves the body.
4. And slowly, once again, follow the in-breath that enters the body and then follow the exhalation, while leaving the body.

Repeat this process for a few breaths.

As you learn more aware of each moment, we can begin to focus more of this experience with all the wealth in their possession.
